1. This Order may be cited as the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 and shall come into operation on XXX 2014.
2.—(1) The annual salary payable to the President of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £129,579 to £130,875 from 1st April 2014.
(2) The annual salary payable to any other member of the Lands Tribunal shall be increased from £121,993 to £123,213 from 1st April 2014.
3. The Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013(4) is revoked.

This Order provides for changes in the annual salaries payable to members of the Lands Tribunal for Northern Ireland following recommendations made in the Report of the Review Body on Senior Salaries in 2014 (TSO CM 8822) as amended by Government.
It increases by 1 percent, with effect from 1st April 2014, under section 18 of the Administrative and Financial Provisions Act (Northern Ireland) 1962, the annual salary of the President of the Lands Tribunal and all other members of the Tribunal.
Article 3 revokes the Lands Tribunal (Salaries) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.

The section 2(5) order making power of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland was transferred to the Department of Finance and Personnel by Article 4 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Modification of Enactments) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2843); this function has been transferred to the Department of Justice by Article 5 of the Departments (Transfer of Functions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. 2011 No. 44).
