In Article 60 of the Licensing Order (sale, etc., of intoxicating liquor to young persons), in paragraph (1), for “Subject to paragraph (5), the” substitute “The”.

In paragraph (5) of that Article—

a

for “Paragraphs (1) and (4)” substitute “Paragraph (4)”, and

b

omit sub-paragraph (a).

In paragraph (7A) of that Article, in sub-paragraph (a)—

a

after “the holder of the licence or his servant or agent” insert

b

after “paragraph (7B);” insert

and

ii

entered in the delivery book or invoice that the holder, servant or agent was carrying as mentioned in Article 66(1)(a)(ii) the description of the document that was shown;

At the end of that Article insert—

Articles 67(9) and 68(5) do not apply to a delivery of intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of 18 in contravention of this Article.
