This Act may be cited as the Food Hygiene Rating Act (Northern Ireland) 2016.

This section and sections 17 to 20 come into operation on the day after Royal Assent.

The other provisions of this Act come into operation on such day as the Department may by order appoint; and different days may be appointed for different purposes.
