59Costs of Accountant General in administering funds in court

In section 116 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (fees), in subsection (1), after “in any office or by any officer connected with any such court” insert “ (including the Accountant General and the office maintained under section 77(2)) ”.

Nothing in this section affects section 39 of the Administration of Justice Act 1982 (which includes provision relating to the costs of administering funds in court).
