PART 15 N.I. SUPPLEMENTARY

Provision of information and facilities N.I.

Provision of information by HSC trusts and the Department N.I.

290—(1) An HSC trust, and the Department, must provide to a relevant authority such returns, reports and other information as the relevant authority may require for the performance of its functions under this Act.

(2) In subsection (1) “relevant authority” means—

(a) the High Court;

(b) the Public Guardian;

(c) the Tribunal; or

(d) the Attorney General.
