This paragraph applies where a report under paragraph 14 has been made and the report was not such as to terminate the authorisation.

The expiry of the remaining period allowed is an event which terminates the authorisation.

“The remaining period allowed” is the period of 14 days beginning with the day after the date the report under paragraph 14 is made.
