7.—(1) Section 13 (disposal of appeal allowed under section 12) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (5A) for “Article 50A(2) of the Mental Health Order” substitute “section 207(2) of the Mental Capacity Act”.
(3) Omit subsection (6).
