112The court's power to make declarations

The court may make declarations in relation to a person who is 16 or over as to—
a
whether the person has or lacks capacity to make a decision specified in the declaration;
b
whether the person has or lacks capacity to make decisions on a matter described in the declaration;
c
the lawfulness or otherwise of any act done, or yet to be done, in relation to the person.

In this section “act” includes an omission and a course of conduct.
