omit the definition of “board of directors”;

at the appropriate place insert—

“the Department” means the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment;

for the definitions of “the Minister” and “the Ministry” substitute—

“the Minister” means the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment;
