The Law Society must, in accordance with the provisions of this Part, establish and maintain a committee to be known as the Solicitors Complaints Committee to deal with any complaint in relation to professional services provided by a solicitor made by or on behalf of a complainant within section 33.

Article 73A of the 1976 Order shall not apply to the Solicitors Complaints Committee.

Schedule 3 makes further provision in relation to the Solicitors Complaints Committee.
