11Consultation requirements
Before making any regulations under section7, 8(1) or 9(1) in relation to a power of entry or associated power or an offence connected with the exercise of any such power, the Department must consult—
a
such persons appearing to the Department to be representative of the views of persons entitled to exercise the power of entry or associated power as it considers appropriate; and
b
such other persons as the Department considers appropriate.
