In section 60B(5) (detention of vehicle, ship or aircraft) for paragraph (b)(i) and (ii) substitute—
i
if the arrested person has not been charged, or he has been charged but proceedings for the offence have not begun to be heard, a magistrates’ court;

In section 125 (variation, renewal and discharge of orders)—
a
in subsection (1) for “the appropriate court” substitute “a court of summary jurisdiction”; and
b
omit subsection (7).

In section 136 (Northern Ireland)—
a
in subsection (5) omit “subject to subsection (6)” and after “magistrates’ court” insert “or to a magistrates court for a particular area”
b
omit subsections (6) and (7).
