11 In section 16 for the words from “apply to any one” to “fixed in such summons” substitute “apply to a district judge (magistrates' courts) for the redress of his grievance, whereupon the district judge shall summon the person complained of to appear before a court of summary jurisdiction at a reasonable time to be fixed in the summons.”.N.I.
