in any case where sub-paragraph (6) applies, such period as may be prescribed by regulations made by the Department, and
b
in any other case, the period of one year.

This sub-paragraph applies if the last home address notified by the offender under paragraph 10(1) or 11(1) or sub-paragraph (1) was the address or location of such a place as is mentioned in paragraph 10(4)(b).
