18.—(1) In Article 6(2) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

(2) In Article 7(2) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—

(3) In Article 8(3) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

(4) In Article 9(2) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
