Amend section 32 (further powers to make schemes or alter application of charitable property) as follows.

In subsection (2) omit “and a draft of the order shall be laid before the Assembly”.

In subsection (3) for “the order shall not be made unless the draft has been approved by” substitute “ no order shall be made unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by a ”.
