SCHEDULE 1 Minor and consequential amendments

The 2008 Act

12.—(1) Amend section 46(3) (power to authorise dealings with charity property, etc.) as follows.

(2) For “thereby authorised” substitute “authorised by the order”.

(3) For “therewith” substitute “with that authority”.
