Requirements to obtain actuarial valuations

7.—(1) Article 128 (approval of valuation) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1) for “127” substitute “127(2)(b)”.

(3) In paragraph (2) for “that Article” substitute “Article 127”.
