In the following provisions of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 after “136(2)” insert “or (2B)”—
a
Article 138(2)(c) (requirement to wind up certain schemes), and
b
Article 156(4) and (5)(c) (fraud compensation regime).
