Application of Schedule to transfers to subsidiaries N.I.

12  Where the proposed transfer falling within subsection (3) of section 18 is a transfer of the kind mentioned in subsection (4)(a) of that section, this Schedule shall have effect in relation to that transfer as if— N.I.

(a) paragraph 3(1)(a) were omitted; and

(b) paragraph 3(6) had effect with “the old energy company has consented may be made” substituted for the words from “both” onwards.
