100  In Schedule 2, in paragraph 2— N.I.

(a) for “Article 2(2) of the Planning Order”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “ section 250(1) of the Planning Act ”;

(b) for the definition of “Planning Order” substitute—

““Planning Act” means the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011;”.
