3.—(1) In Article 29(1)(l) (right to claim trial by jury for certain offences) after “139A(1)” insert “or (2)”.
(2) In Article 29(1) after sub-paragraph (n) insert—
“(o)section 93 of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2010.”
