7 Where an appeal against a notice served by a district council lies to a court of summary jurisdiction by virtue of section 65, it shall be the duty of the council to include in that notice a statement indicating that such an appeal lies to a court of summary jurisdiction and specifying the time within which it must be brought.N.I.
