Interpretation N.I.

41  In this Act—

“the Department” means the Department of the Environment;

“the Environment Order” means the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (NI 7);

“statutory provision” has the meaning given by section 1(f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33);

“the Wildlife Order” means the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (NI 2).
