5—(1) Article 2 (interpretation) is amended as follows.N.I.
(2) In paragraph (2) at the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert—
““inland waters” has the meaning given in Article 2(2) of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006;”.
(3) In paragraph (2) in the definition of “wild bird” at the end add “ or any game bird ”.
(4) Omit paragraph (3).
