SCHEDULE MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (c. 23)

2.  In section 106 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (rights of audience in the High Court and Court of Appeal) in subsection (1)(a)—

(a) after “relating to” insert “debt relief orders,”;

(b) for “Parts VIII to X” substitute “Parts 7A to 10”.
