The Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (NI 4) N.I.

6  In Article 15(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (undischarged bankrupts)— N.I.

(a) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies in relation to him, or”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “ or a debt relief restrictions order ”.
