a
in sub-paragraph (a), for “under section 18 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 1964” substitute “by an order under section 57 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008”, and
b
in sub-paragraph (b), for “section 13 of that Act” substitute “section 29 of that Act”.
