SCHEDULE 1 INVEST NORTHERN IRELAND

Application of seal and evidence

13.  The application of the seal of INI shall be authenticated by the signature—

(a) of any member; or

(b) of any other person who has been authorised by INI (whether generally or specially) for that purpose.
