Interpretation of [F1sections 5A to 11]N.I.
12. In this section and [F2sections 5A to 11]—
“benefit” includes any allowance, payment, credit or loan;
[F3“cautioned”, in relation to any person and any offence, means cautioned after the person concerned has admitted the offence;]
