Appeals relating to loss of benefit

57.  In paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the 1998 Order (decisions against which an appeal lies), after sub-paragraph (d) there shall be added

“; or

(e) section 53 or 54 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000.”.
