(1)Mae Atodlen 8 i Ddeddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998 (newidiadau categori ysgol) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2)Ym mharagraff 1—
(a)hepgorer is-baragraff (1);
(b)hepgorer paragraff (b) o is-baragraff (2);
(c)ar ôl is-baragraff (2) mewnosoder—
“(2A)A foundation school may in accordance with this Schedule become a school within any of the following categories in pursuance of proposals published by the governing body—
(a)a community school;
(b)a voluntary aided school;
(c)a voluntary controlled school.”
(3)Ym mharagraff 3—
(a)yn is-baragraff (2), hepgorer “If the proposals are published during the period mentioned in section 35(2),”;
(b)hepgorer is-baragraff (3).
