(1)Rhaid i awdurdod lleol yng Nghymru sicrhau bod unrhyw hyfforddiant y mae'r awdurdod yn barnu ei fod yn angenrheidiol yn cael ei roi ar gael i bob person sy'n cael ei benodi'n glerc i alluogi'r corff a benododd y clerc o dan adran 23 o Ddeddf Addysg 2002 i gydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofyniad o dan adran 24 o'r Mesur hwn.
(2)Caiff awdurdod lleol yng Nghymru godi ffi am unrhyw hyfforddiant a ddarperir (a chaiff godi ffioedd gwahanol mewn achosion gwahanol).
(3)Yn yr adran hon, ystyr “clerc” yw clerc i gorff llywodraethu ysgol a gynhelir yn ardal yr awdurdod lleol.
