24Hyfforddiant i glercod cyrff llywodraethu ysgolion a gynhelir

(1)Mae is-adran (2) yn gymwys mewn perthynas â chorff y mae'n ofynnol iddo benodi clerc i gorff llywodraethu ysgol a gynhelir yng Nghymru o dan adran 23 o Ddeddf Addysg 2002.

(2)Caiff rheoliadau ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r corff sicrhau bod person a benodir yn glerc wedi cwblhau hyfforddiant rhagnodedig yn ôl safon ragnodedig.

(3)Caiff y rheoliadau—

(a)gwahardd penodi person nad yw wedi cwblhau'r hyfforddiant yn ôl y safon ofynnol;

(b)darparu bod person a benodwyd yn glerc, ac nad yw wedi cwblhau'r hyfforddiant, yn cwblhau'r hyfforddiant yn ôl y safon ofynnol o fewn cyfnod rhagnodedig;

(c)darparu ar gyfer terfynu penodiad clerc nad yw'n cwblhau'r hyfforddiant yn ôl y safon ofynnol o fewn y cyfnod hwnnw;

(d)rhagnodi hyfforddiant a safonau drwy gyfeirio at ddogfen a gyhoeddir, fel a bennir yn y rheoliadau, gan Weinidogion Cymru;

(e)darparu ar gyfer eithriadau ac esemptiadau.
