14Rheoliadau mewn perthynas â ffederasiynau

(1)Caiff rheoliadau wneud darpariaeth—
(a)ynghylch diddymu cyrff llywodraethu adeg ffurfio ffederasiwn;
(b)sy'n galluogi corff llywodraethu ffederasiwn i barhau i fodoli fel corff corfforaethol pan fo un neu ragor o ysgolion yn ymuno â'r ffederasiwn neu'n ymadael ag ef;
(c)ynghylch ym mha amgylchiadau ac ym mha fodd y caniateir i ffederasiwn gael ei ddiddymu, neu i un neu ragor o ysgolion ymadael â ffederasiwn;
(d)sy'n galluogi corff llywodraethu ffederasiwn a ddiddymwyd i gael ei ddisodli naill ai gan gyrff llywodraethu ar gyfer pob un o'r ysgolion cyfansoddol neu gan gyrff llywodraethu sy'n cynnwys corff llywodraethu ffederasiwn newydd;
(e)ynghylch y trosi o un corff llywodraethu i un arall;
(f)ynghylch trosglwyddo eiddo, hawliau a rhwymedigaethau rhwng cyrff llywodraethu, neu rhwng awdurdodau lleol a chyrff llywodraethu;
(g)ynghylch unrhyw faterion eraill sy'n ymwneud â ffederasiynau, ysgolion ffederal neu ffurfio neu ddiddymu ffederasiynau y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn barnu eu bod yn briodol.
(2)Caiff rheoliadau a wneir yn rhinwedd is-adran (1)(f) mewn perthynas â throsglwyddo eiddo, hawliau a rhwymedigaethau—
(a)darparu bod materion rhagnodedig yn cael eu penderfynu gan Weinidogion Cymru,
(b)cymhwyso gydag addasiadau unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn Atodlen 10 i Ddeddf Diwygio Addysg 1988 (darpariaethau atodol mewn cysylltiad â throsglwyddiadau o dan y Ddeddf honno), neu
(c)gwneud darpariaeth sy'n cyfateb i'r hyn a wnaed gan unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn yr Atodlen honno.
