33Persons liable to be required to comply with standards

(1)A person (P) is liable to be required to comply with standards if P is—
(a)within Schedule 5 and also within Schedule 6, or
(b)within Schedule 7 and also within Schedule 8.
(2)This section applies for the purposes of this Part.
