50Ystyr gwasanaethau tai a gwasanaethau llesiant

(1)At ddibenion y Mesur hwn, ystyr “gwasanaethau tai neu wasanaethau llesiant” yw–

(a)dyroddi llety gan awdurdod tai lleol o dan Ran 6 o Ddeddf Tai 1996 (dyroddi tai'n llety) neu sicrhau llety gan y cyfryw awdurdod o dan Ran 7 o'r Ddeddf honno (digartrefedd);

(b)unrhyw wasanaethau yn ymwneud â llesiant (gan gynnwys tai) a bennir mewn rheoliadau a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru (p'un a ddarperir hwy gan neu o dan drefniadau a wneir gydag awdurdod cyhoeddus);

(c)darparu gwybodaeth neu gyngor ynghylch unrhyw wasanaeth sy'n dod o fewn paragraff (a) neu (b) uchod (p'un ai wedi ei ddarparu gan neu o dan drefniadau a wneir gydag awdurdod cyhoeddus).

(2)Mae'r cyfeiriadau i wasanaethau yn is-adran (1)(b) yn cynnwys taliadau, grantiau a benthyciadau.
