7Dirprwyo ac is-gwmnïau

(1)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, i unrhyw raddau ac yn ddarostyngedig i unrhyw amodau ag y gwelant yn dda, ddirprwyo unrhyw un neu fwy o'u swyddogaethau o dan y Mesur hwn (nad ydynt yn swyddogaethau sydd wedi eu heithrio) i unrhyw berson.

(2)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gaffael neu sefydlu is-gwmnïau i wneud unrhyw un neu fwy o'u dyletswyddau o dan y Mesur hwn (nad ydynt yn swyddogaethau sydd wedi eu heithrio).

(3)Mae unrhyw swyddogaeth sy'n ymwneud â'r canlynol yn swyddogaeth sydd wedi ei heithrio—

(a)gwneud rheoliadau neu orchmynion;

(b)rhoi cyfarwyddiadau.

(4)Caniateir i ddirprwyad o dan is-adran (1) gael ei amrywio neu ei ddirymu ar unrhyw adeg.

(5)Ni fydd unrhyw gytundeb neu drefniant o dan yr adran hon a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru i ddirprwyo swyddogaeth, neu i drefnu bod is-gwmni yn cyflawni swyddogaeth, yn atal Gweinidogion Cymru rhag arfer y swyddogaeth os ydynt yn ystyried ei bod yn angenrheidiol neu'n hwylus iddynt wneud hynny.
