1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Former RAF Airfield Wethersfield) (Accommodation for Asylum-Seekers etc.) Special Development Order 2024.
(2) This Order comes into force on 11th April 2024.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(4) This Order applies to the land at Former RAF Airfield Wethersfield, Braintree, Essex CM7 4AZ, shown bounded externally by the outer edge of a bold red line on the Map (excluding land shown on the Map hatched red) (the “Order land”).
