Amendments relating to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (“the CLP Regulation”)

3.  In paragraph 13 (amendment of Article 1 of the CLP Regulation(1))—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2)(c), for “UK” substitute “GB”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—

(i) for “UK” substitute “GB”;

(ii) for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (3)(a), omit “and the Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017”.
