13. In the following provisions of the Crossrail Act 2008(1), for “the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change” substitute “the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”—
(a)section 4(5)(b) (overhead lines),
(b)paragraph 12 of Schedule 4 (overhead lines: consent), and
(c)paragraphs 2(4) and 13(3) of Part 2 of Schedule 17 (protection for electricity, gas, water and sewerage undertakers).
Each of the provisions amended by this paragraph was amended by S.I. 2009/229, Sch. 2.
