1. These Rules may be cited as the Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2014 and come into force on—
(a)1st September 2014, for the purposes of rules 4(a), (c) and (d), 6(b), 13, 19 to 32 and 36 to 39;
(b)20th October 2014, for all other purposes.
