Provisions coming into force on 22nd March 2012

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 22nd March 2012—

(a)section 105(1) and (3) (premises licences: who may make relevant representations) for the purposes of making regulations under the provision inserted by subsection (3)(b);

(b)section 106(1), (2), (4) and (6) (premises licences: who may apply for review) for the purposes of making regulations under the provisions inserted by subsections (2), (4) and (6);

(c)section 107(1) and (3) (club premises certificates: who may make relevant representations) for the purposes of making regulations under the provision inserted by subsection (3)(b);

(d)section 108(1) and (3) (club premises certificates: who may apply for review) for the purposes of making regulations under the provisions inserted by subsection (3);

(e)section 113(1) and (3) (temporary event notices: conditions) for the purposes of making regulations under the provision inserted by subsection (3);

(f)section 114(1) and (7) (temporary event notices: late notices) for the purposes of making regulations under the provision inserted by subsection (7);

(g)section 115(1) and (2) (relaxation of time limits applying to temporary event notices) for the purposes of making regulations in accordance with the provisions inserted by subsection (2)(1); and

(h)section 118(1) and (3) (persistently selling alcohol to children) for the purposes of making regulations in accordance with the provisions inserted by subsection (3)(2).

Section 115(2) makes provision which is relevant to the content of the prescribed form of a temporary event notice.

(2)

Section 118(3) makes provision which is relevant to the content of the prescribed form of a closure notice.
