2. The following provisions of the Police and Justice Act 2006 shall come into force on 1 April 2008—
(a)Section 2 (amendments to the Police Act 1996(1)) in so far as it relates to the entries in Schedule 2 (amendments to the Police Act 1996) referred to in sub–paragraph (b);
(b)Paragraph 7 to the extent not otherwise commenced and paragraphs 11 to 13 of Schedule 2;
(c)Section 39 (forfeiture of indecent photographs of children: England and Wales) and Schedule 11 (Schedule to be inserted into the Protection of Children Act 1978);
(d)Section 52 (amendments and repeals) in so far as it relates to the entries in Schedule 15 (repeals and revocations) referred to in sub–paragraph (e);
(e)In Part 4 of Schedule 15 (repeals: miscellaneous) the entries relating to section 4(3) of the Protection of Children Act 1978(2), paragraph 62 of Schedule 15 to the Criminal Justice Act 1988(3), sub–paragraphs 37(4) and 38(3) and 4 of Schedule 10 to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(4) and paragraphs 199(3) and 200 to Schedule 8 of the Courts Act 2003(5).
