There are currently no known outstanding effects for The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships) Regulations 2008, Paragraph 10.
10.—(1) Analysis of [F1fuel oil] to determine its sulphur content must be in accordance with the provisions of sub-paragraphs (2) to [F2(3)].
[F3(2) The reference method adopted for determining the sulphur content must be ISO method 8754 (2003) or BS EN 14596.
(3) In order to determine whether [F4fuel oil] delivered to and used on board ships is compliant with the sulphur limits required by [F5Articles 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the 2016 Directive] the fuel verification procedure set out in Appendix VI to Annex VI must be used.]
