2.—(1) Part III of the principal Order (calculation of subsidy) shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In article 13 (relevant benefit)(1) for “articles 18 and 21” substitute “article 18”.
(3) In article 18 (additions to subsidy)(2)—
(a)in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (8), (9) and (10)” substitute “paragraphs (8) and (9)”; and
(b)omit paragraphs (10) and (11).
(4) Omit article 21 (additions to subsidy in respect of security against fraud and error)(3).
Relevant amending instruments are S.I. 2000/1091, 2003/3179, 2005/369 and 2006/54.
Paragraph 11 was inserted by S.I. 2006/54.
Article 21 was substituted by S.I. 2005/369 and amended by S.I. 2006/54.
