3. This Order applies to the whole of the metropolitan borough of Kirklees except—
(a)the entire length of the M62 within the borough, including its on and off slip roads;
(b)the entire length of the M606 within the borough, including its on and off slip roads; and
(c)the roundabout at the junction between the M62 and M606.
