Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of—

(a)section 18 of the Act (Wardens);

(b)section 20 of the Act (Codes of conduct and other information); and

(c)section 46(1)(a) of, and, insofar as it relates thereto, Part I of Schedule 16 to, the Act (repeal of section 193(2) of the Law of Property Act 1925 (“the 1925 Act”)(1))

is 21 June 2004.
