In Schedule 4, the repeals in: Merchant Shipping Act 1894(1); Maritime Conventions Act 1911(2); Crown Proceedings Act 1947(3); Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) Act 1949(4); Administration of Justice Act 1956(5); Merchant Shipping Act 1988(6), except the repeal of paragraph 12 Schedule 4; Merchant Shipping (Registration, etc.) Act 1993(7), except the repeal of paragraph 18 Schedule 4. | Repeals. |
