  4. Commissioners

    3. 62. Executions to be levied on the goods belonging to commissioners by virtue of their office only.

    4. 63. Commissioners and clerk to be reimbursed all damages, &c.

  9. Officers

    1. 65. Power to commissioners to appoint clerk and other officers, and remove them from time to time.

  11. Accounts
